Sigilia does not absorb the state tax. The tax is paid directly into the statutory accounts under Romanian Emergency Ordinance 80/2013. On top of the tax sit a service commission and a bank processor fee. Every row is visible before the payment.

The canonical example: a monetary claim with a claim value of 5,000 Lei. The tax falls in the second OUG 80/2013 bracket. The Sigilia commission and the bank cost are shown exactly in the calculator, before you confirm.
