1. The commitment.
Sigilia commits to meeting Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at AA level. Accessibility is a continuous goal, reviewed at least annually across the platform and tested on every major release. Any accessibility regression is treated as a high-priority bug.
2. Legal conformity.
The Sigilia platform complies with Directive (EU) 2019/882 on the accessibility requirements for products and services, transposed into Romanian law via Law 192/2025 on the accessibility of digital products and services. We declare full conformity with WCAG 2.2 AA for the whole site.
3. Assistive technologies tested.
The platform is regularly tested with: JAWS (Windows), NVDA (Windows), VoiceOver (macOS and iOS), TalkBack (Android). Testing covers both keyboard-only navigation and screen readers. Issues are resolved before the release of a new version.
4. Concrete features.
The whole platform is keyboard navigable, with visible focus indicators and no focus traps. Every meaningful image carries alt text. Text uses full Romanian diacritics and figures use tabular spacing for perfect alignment. Colour contrast meets 4.5:1 for normal text and 3:1 for large text. Interactive elements on touch screens meet the 44×44 px minimum.

At the date of this statement no accessibility limitations are known. If you encounter one, please write to us at the email below and we will address it with priority.
6. How to report an issue.
To report an accessibility issue, write to accesibilitate@sigilia.ro. You may also call us via the RCS Voix relay service, at the number published on the contact page. For postal communication, use the registered office address published in the Terms.
7. Internal remediation process.
Every report is triaged within 5 business days. Standard remediation fits within 30 calendar days. If a fix takes longer, you are informed with a concrete estimate and with a temporary compensating measure.
8. Alternative formats.
If you need an alternative format of the proof of payment (large-print, synthesised audio, Braille), we deliver it on request. Send the request to accesibilitate@sigilia.ro and we honour it within 10 business days at most.
