At the moment the bank confirms, the system issues a PDF proof of payment, electronically signed by OneSpan.

The proof reaches the court.
Filing on the case file happens automatically, within minutes. The clerk sees it in the system with no manual entry.

The proof arrives by email.
You receive a copy at your email address together with the payment reference. The PDF also stays available in the Sigilia account.

How long does the payment take?
Under 30 seconds, if you know the action type and the claim value. The catalogue is searchable by action name and court.
How does the proof reach the court?
It is filed automatically after the bank confirms the payment. You also receive the PDF by email, electronically signed by OneSpan.
What if I make a payment by mistake?
Erroneous payments can be refunded under Romanian Emergency Ordinance 80/2013, article 45. The refund request is filed with the court the tax was paid to.
Do I need to create an account?
No. Individuals can pay without an account. An account is useful for history, reconciliation, and client rebilling.
What is the commission?
The Sigilia commission is flat and published transparently in the catalogue. It covers the bank cost and the payment processing. The amount does not scale with the size of the tax.
Is Sigilia an official service?
Sigilia is a licensed private platform. Payments are made into the statutory accounts under Romanian Emergency Ordinance 80/2013. We are not operated by the Ministry of Justice.
